Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Snaproom for your use of snaproom.app (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

You must be 18 or over. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm that you can bind that business to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of this agreement.

Give us accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date. Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at hello@snaproom.app straight away if you think someone has used it without permission.

The Service runs on credits. Each image or video you generate uses credits, and the amount depends on the tool and quality, as shown in the Service and on our pricing page.

• Free plan. New accounts get free credits, with no card needed.
• Paid plans. Subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown at checkout and on the pricing page.
• Top-ups. You can buy extra credits as a one-time purchase.
• Expiry. Monthly plan credits expire at the end of each billing period. Top-up credits and free credits carry over and are not removed at the end of a billing period.
• Cancelling. You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active, and its credits stay usable, until the end of the current billing period.
• Price and plan changes. We may change prices, plans and credit amounts at any time.

You keep ownership of the images and other material you upload ("Your Content"). You give us a limited licence to host, process and transmit Your Content so we can provide the Service, including sending it to the AI providers that process it for us.

You promise that you have the rights needed to upload Your Content and that it does not break the law or anyone else's rights.

As between you and us, you may use the images and videos you generate commercially, on any platform. AI output can resemble content that other people generate, so we cannot promise that it is unique or that nobody else holds rights in similar content.

We do not use Your Content or your generated outputs to train AI models.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break the law, or upload or generate content that infringes anyone's rights;
• upload or generate sexually explicit content, or any sexual content involving a minor;
• depict a real person without their consent, or create content meant to mislead people about who someone is or what they said or did;
• harass others or create hateful, violent or defamatory content;
• create multiple accounts to get free credits again, or get around credit limits;
• scrape, copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service, or overload or attack it.

You are responsible for telling people when an image is AI-generated, wherever the law or a marketplace requires it.

Generated images may not match your real products exactly in fit, colour, texture or detail. Check every image before you publish it, especially where a buyer will rely on it.

The Service relies on third-party providers, and we may change, add or remove features and providers. We aim to keep the Service running but do not promise that it will always be available or error-free.

You can stop using the Service and cancel your plan at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, put the Service or other users at risk, or fail to pay.

When an account ends, unused monthly plan credits are lost. To ask us to delete your data, follow the steps in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties, express or implied, including about fitness for a particular purpose or that the Service will meet your needs.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, sales or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over disputes. Any consumer rights you have under the law of your own country that cannot be waived are not affected.

We may update these terms at any time, whenever we consider it necessary. The current version is always posted on this page with its date. We do not promise to notify you of changes, so please check this page from time to time. By continuing to use the Service after a change, you accept the updated terms.
